Tom Fauré has over 25 years of consulting experience, working in various industries, including public utilities, oil and gas, hi-tech, construction, healthcare, communications, pulp and paper, and the federal government.

He works with clients supporting them to achieve unprecedented results for growth at the enterprise or organization level and at the individual level. He has assisted clients in areas such as:

  • Coaching leaders to achieve results that were previously not attainable, due to gaps in their capability, problematic behavior or potential blind spots as leaders. Clients demonstrate greater levels of performance and professional satisfaction.

  • Growing organizations through engaging groups of employees to work with executives in co-creation of their strategy and what it will take to succeed; this process builds ownership of the strategic initiatives throughout the organization, leading to sustained implementation by the people who actually do the work. Employees’ sense of ownership leads to higher levels of performance and individual growth. This non-traditional process has consistently achieved remarkable, measurable results.

  • Development of the leadership practices for senior executives and executive teams who are sponsoring major change efforts; this ensures they are capable of demonstrating the required leadership to achieve broad organizational change. Without this executive capability and demonstrated behavior, organization change is rarely sustainable.

  • Developing organizational cultures characterized by accountability and mutual success. When employees believe and act from a shared responsibility for results, silos fall, true teamwork occurs and results increase

  • Supporting leadership, functional, and project teams in achieving extraordinary results by breaking down “our assumed barriers to integration,” while building a shared commitment to unprecedented business outcomes.

Tom’s experience as both an internal and external consultant gives him a unique ability to understand the issues his clients face. He has the reputation of being able to achieve results under the most difficult circumstances and relating well to clients at all levels of an organization.

Tom has been a featured speaker for the American Society for Training and Development and has taught courses at the masters and undergraduate level in the areas of Organization Development, Managing Change, Total Quality Management, Organizational Behavior and Leadership. Tom lives in Lake in the Hills, IL with his wife, son, and daughter.
