    CEO and Founder

    Carolyn Hendrickson is CEO and Founder of Tandem Group. She has over 20 years of experience in working with executives to achieve and sustain breakthrough results in their businesses. Her primary areas of expertise are in organization effectiveness, leadership team alignment, large-scale culture and operational change, and employee engagement. She brings an integrated view of organizations to her clients and addresses change through a broad array of interventions at multiple levels.

    President & Managing Director

    Deborah Brecher is President and Managing Director of Tandem Group, a firm that specializes in growth strategy, organization change, and leadership effectiveness. With more than 25 years in consulting, Ms. Brecher has extensive experience working with CEOs and senior executives in global companies undergoing complex business transformation and change. Her areas of expertise include strategy formation and execution road mapping, diagnosing organizational performance issues, and then designing and implementing large-scale transformational journeys, organizational redesign, talent strategies, as well as senior team and leadership development and coaching. Deborah is also deeply experienced in CEO and senior leadership succession planning and talent pipeline management.

    Senior Partner

    Mark Fourman is a senior partner with Tandem Group and leader of the culture transformation practice.  He has over 25 years of experience in consulting, designing, and delivering leadership development, culture change, sales, and team building programs.  Through his experience he has found that changing mindsets is essential to changing culture and improving performance. However, to be truly effective, staff also need to know what to do in specific situations to achieve top performance. Mark excels at defining and teaching highly-targeted behaviors that will drive improvement in an organization’s culture and the results it can achieve.

    Tom Fauré has over 25 years of consulting experience, working in various industries, including public utilities, oil and gas, hi-tech, construction, healthcare, communications, pulp and paper, and the federal government.     Haris Ahmed is a Partner with Tandem Group and specializes in working with senior executives on the design and leadership of large-scale organizational change. He has more than 18 years of consulting experience in the area of organization design, large-scale change, and leadership effectiveness. He also combines deep experience in talent management with a distinctive facilitation style that builds stakeholder acceptance of the change.
