Coaching for Performance

  • Understand types and uses of coaching

  • Develop skill in providing feedback and having difficult conversations

  • Use a transformational approach to resolving breakdowns that energizes and inspires people and produces innovative outcomes

 

Module FOUR

Action Leaning Lab

  • Use Accelerating Results mindsets and tools to address current challenges at the enterprise or team levels

  • Provide coaching and support to leaders as they apply new tools and work to produce results

  • Achieve results in 4-6 weeks and report out to senior leadership on progress and learning
