Leslie has been deeply engaged Leadership Development for over 25 years specifically working with leaders to enhance their ability to align their actions with the results that are most meaningful to them and their organization. She’s traveled the globe assisting Fortune 100 business leaders to identify their internal operating system that affects outward behavior and creates their “leadership stance” which can limit or enhance effectiveness, alignment and results.
Previously, Leslie was the Director of Training for the David Allen Company assisting in the development of their flagship training Getting Things Done® while implementing the methodology with Executives and Teams globally. She moved to Germany in 2006 to facilitate the rollout of GTD® work throughout Europe. While there, she started a boutique consulting company specializing in developing high performing teams and executive coaching. Leslie also worked extensively with a Senior Executive at Canadian National Railroad for 18 months to develop leadership in his function, enhance stakeholder engagement and manage teams that were driving key initiatives to support the executive in achieving his strategic goals. The work was well received and the function exceeded their goals.
Leslie has worked extensively in the banking, pharmaceutical, technology, transportation and consumer product industries. She has coached and trained Individual Contributors and C-Suite Executives in honing their skills as leaders. Some of her clients include Accenture, Deloitte, Ericsson, SAP, Siemens, United Media, Teva Radiopharm and Air Plus International.
Leslie studied Early Childhood Education at Boston University and completed a Master’s Program in Applied Psychology from the University of Santa Monica.
